The front bar is hollow. Adding a solid bar makes a huge improvement in handling. I bought a whiteline, since it was the thickest available. I've previously had a ST on my old 97 prelude and was satisfied with it too. Size matters, so compare before you buy.

Thickest RSB available, and adjustable. And that's the cheapest place to get it.

If you're tracking your car, go for that upgrade.
Unorthodox Racing makes an underbody brace that should handle stiffening the chassis from that aspect.
The stock FSB doesn't NEED to be changed unless you're pushing the car beyond 'spirited driving' limits.

Most people don’t do anything with the FSB on these cars. One member upgraded both the rear and front with Eibach bars, the difference in the front was virtually non-existent according to him. Plus like most passenger cars 6GA’s are set up from the factory for understeer, so if you want less of that leave the front alone and put on the thickest RSB you can find.

eibach 23mm RSB best upgrade i have purchased so far. even on stock suspension i can take turns incredibly well (on some cheapie costco tires too, i could only imagine if i bought some nice tires)

Thanks everybody, I really appreciate all your input! Now I'm leaning towards the Progress Technology bar RedRyder suggested, but still trying to do more research on them all. Good thing I'm not in a huge hurry to get any yet, I didn't realize how many different options there were!
But something I'm now confused on... Are the front sway bars really not worth getting on 6th gen Accords? From what I could understand, thicker RSB's would help reduce a little understeer. So would a thicker or aftermarket FSB just bring more understeer on our cars? I know how bad the understeer is on these cars, so I'm fine with only getting a RSB if that'll help reduce it.

I take 90 degree right hand turns going 30+ mph and flooring it with both tires spinning (I love LSD, and I don't mean the drug) if you consider that pushing it. I just consider it fun.
My only suspension upgrades are Whiteline solid front sway bar & Skunk2 springs on KYB struts.

I have a stock Rear and A solid front. If you research sway bars, they are designed to counter the natural tendency of the loaded tire to squat and the unloaded tire to rise while turning. When you turn sharp the tire with the load will be forced back with the strength of the sway bar. So if you get a stonger bar you will have better stability.
From the factory the front bar is larger than the rear, but both are weak. If the size difference of the front vs the rear doesn't tell you how important the front is, I don't know what will. I don't know why you would only get a rear and not a front upgrade, but whatever. I would say, if you can afford it get a set.
