Bleeding Slave Cylinder?

Sup 6G I just finished changeing my master and slave cylinder but not im having a problem bleeding the slave cylinder. I have been bleeding it for the past hour and little or nothing is coming out any ideas on what I should do thanks in advance.

Bench bleed the CMC, or gravity bleed the system.
