Hey 6GA , I noticed the other day that my fan control is only working on 3 and 4. I have checked all the fuses and everything was fine. Anything i can do to fix this? Thanks in advance

If that doesn't work, check all the connections into and out of that multiplex unit you just changed out.

If it was working before and now it isn't...

this^^^

make sure u do that with the car off (incase u wanted the ohm reading to)

check continuity between fan speed 1 & power (then ground incase its ground side controlled not sure if our blowers are power or ground side controlled) and do the same for fan speed 2, but yeah the resistor is a prime culperate as well
