brake problems

I installed new rear pads for the rear discs only a month ago and one side sounds like its grinding all of a sudden. Whats the deal? It only makes that noise when i brake which is weird because usually it makes noise all the time when the pads are getting bad. Anyone know what could be wrong?

did you look at it? maybe uneven wear caused the pad to wear fast and now its on the backing.

mine was grinding one day so i looked at it and some how i had a piece of gravel wedged in there.... maybe you have something interfering??
