i tried searching for my answer and didnt really come up with anything (unless I wasnt using the correct keywords). Can I run without the brake rotor guards I know it may be a dumb question but i just thought I'd ask. I'm wanting to take them off cause they have been bent and pulled away from the rotors and look bad.

You can run without them, but I would keep them on. I was going to scrap mine when I installed a BBK, but decided to just bend them inward a bit.

ok thanks, I guess the disadvantage to not having them on is more open to the elements and such. Maybe I can message them back in shape with a small hammer. thanks again

useless...unless you don't like dust. all they ever did for me was rub on my lower ball joints haha, so i removed them.

this.
They end up taken off of every car I own, mostly because they fall part the moment you touch them.

I hate the salt.

Wouldn't this expose your bearings to the elements and wear them out faster?
