Or I sell you one for $15(I keed, I keed, I have ~15lbs of spares, somebody you know gotta keep 'spares' like I do)
I might buy some extras (not from the local dealer). Majestic had them for almost half of what I paid.

That sort of thing can happen if there's a lot of oil in the hole for the bolt, you torque it down and it has nowhere to go.
