If your abs works your brakes work. When's the last time you changed the fluid?

Big Brake Kits(which does include performance pads) only benefit you if you plan on racing because they reduce brake fade. ie: repeated hard braking.

On your budget, get these:

1. 95 Acura Legend GS 2 piston Calipers. ** 17CL15VN will be stamped on the caliper
use the 23T bracket from your Accord caliper.

2. Centric premium rotors (Centric part # 120.40036) for the Accord(11.1 inch diam/23mm thick), not the Legend(11.1mm/28mm thick)

3. Any ceramic pad of your choice.
*The initial "bite" may not be there compared with semi-metallic or performance pads, but, for simple street use...it is no big deal.

** I do recommend you go ahead and replace the hydraulic hoses for all 4 corners. Our cars are getting old and we need to start replacing the rubber items like hoses and bushings
