Well if you decide to make a thread on AZ, I'll say something in it to vouch for you...I'm sure others will as well. Don't be shy. lol

It sucks that KSport changed their caliper design after you purchased yours. There has to be a way you can make your own template from scratch though. *scratches head* They should have had a template for that design you have for others that were interested in purchasing it, I doubt they just deleted all their files after updating their calipers. Someone at KSport can help you, it just might be difficult finding who that person is.

Pretty sure you could make your own version of a template with some cardboard, time, and patience. Just cut the shape of everything from the hub portion back until it's a perfect fit over the brakes (hard to explain). You'll basically be left with the "negative" of the actual brake template, so you just need to trace the cutout and you'll have the positive to test on the wheels.

I imagine brake manufacturers have computers that do this now without requiring any physical measuring at all. After the new template is made, scan/scale everything, save to computer, etc.

Find out what type of face the wheels are and you could ask Work, SSR, or any other wheel manufacturer for that matter, to check your caliper template.
