Can 2008 Honda Civic 5 lugs rim fit on my 98 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6

It'll bolt right up. Might get a little 5mm spacer or shave your front caliper brackets just a bit to clear them. But they have been done before

Yes and yes. Rears don't need spacers but fronts will require spacers or grinding down the caliper bracket. I chose to grind down the bracket due to the fact that I'm not a fan of spacers and extended studs and taking chances with your lugs coming off.

I don't know what where the 2008 civic rims in the US, but the euro 17 inches rims fits perfectly without any modification or spacers :

You can use 5mm spacers on stock studs (I did it for a few years), any thicker though and you'll want to go with extended studs or spacers like Ichiba V2's that have them built in.

I didnt need spacers after all no grinding on the calipers. They are alot better than my stock rims they were curbed and scraped. Here's my car.
