Derek, You can use the extra led that I included in your package. The doors, map, trunk and license plate all uses the same type bulb (T10).

I meant to do a complete DIY post but now that the Accord is gone, I don't think that is possible. However, here is a basic install video I did. I will post a second video soon... ( I'm waiting on youtube to upload my vid) that will show a close up pic of the dome light wires that I used to power the LEDs.
