I use Crisco for my brakes instead of brake grease.
After new brake jobs they usually squeak bc the pad is setting onto the rotor and becoming more parallel with the rotor surface.
Brakes may also squeak due to dirt and rock particles in-between the pad and rotor.
A lot of after market pads just squeak.
Make sure you break in your brakes properly and applying the brake grease properly should solve your problem
Also if your brake pedal feels soft you might want to let the air out of the line and if you did your rears make sure you pumped your ebrake in order to reset the ebrake piston
