cheap but effective turbo kits!

Before looking at kits,determine how much power ur looking to make..realistically..and then research. But me personally,I wud stay away from kits. Buying parts twice is never fun

I went to DRT....a performance shop not too far from me (NY) and he sed if i just want a little GO just get an ebay turbo kit and a vtec controller...with a tune and basics (intake,exhaust,headers) and he can have me pushing between 300 and 350...on a reliable tune at like 8lbs...

i had every intention on just going ebay and getting like a better name brand turbo for it.. i heard aliot of good reviews on the ebay kit.. but now does the ebay kit come with everything ill need?? does anyone noo?

i honestly doubt that someone who knows how to build a turbo would say that you could get a cheap kit and break 300hp at 8psi on this engine.

You get what you pay for. Why do you think AMS charged $1000 for a tune? Cause its not half assed.
