Things you can start out with are i/h/e (intake, headers, exhaust) although you wont get a whole lot of any hp increase from those. The real sure fire way to get a decent hp/torque increase is forced induction of some degree or a whole engine build/engine swap.

i/h/e are more of noise makers to tell the truth :jae:

alright thanks.. I got an auto zone air filter with the hose right now..but what are some good sites i can look up other than ebay?

you'll wanna look for adjustable coilovers not adjustable lowering springs... you'll find what you want that way.

oh and add a bunch of VTEC and honda decals. that's the cheapest way to add HP
