I would think coilover sleeves are easier to adjust, along with Teins haha. Either way, this shouldn't be a factor in his decision. They're all relatively easy.
I read somewhere that when you jack up a car with the GC sleeves that you have to make sure something on the sleeve is lined up when you lower the car back down, otherwise one side of the car can end up being slightly higher/lower than the other.
I'll try to find that.

From a Koni Yellow and GC owner, I would say get some ff type 2.5 or get some Koni yellow w/ GC sleeves and custom rates. 12-10kg front and 8-6kg rears should be fine.
Definitely Koni over Tokico.
