^Yeah that's essentially what I was saying above. It's not a problem if you keep it at 75 or under though. lol

I'd rather have the bottom piece than nothing, but like Shenaniganz said I wish they would have gone under the odo instead of over it.

That piece would have to be uber thin, otherwise it'd block the odo.

I'm looking into something, along these lines. I'll let a select few know what I come up with. ;)

I just bought a set. Looks quite nice - gonna put it into my cluster tomorrow, and take pics.

Located in UK too... only took 2 days to arrive at my door :D

Just installed them, they look nice, but there's one flaw.

The black housing on the engine temperature needle seems to rub very slightly on the chrome edge (I mean REALLY slightly). This results in the needle not being able to move properly. (The needle is already a bit dodgy as it is, since the gauge face change). Basically the chrome edges are too high.

I would imagine it's just a case of gently sanding the black housing of the temperature needle.

The main speedo chrome ring is a pain tho. Because of the cutout area where the odometer sits, it's prone to flexing, so you might need superglue to keep it in place.

^Thanks for reporting on these. It might help others to post a couple photos of what they look like overall. Hope you can get the fitment the way you want it.

I used a hand-held grinder to grind off a bit off the bottom, and the needle moves freely as it should now.

Just make sure you cover up the gauge faces before you do so, and do it gently.

Final picture in my ride thread (in my signature).
