2nd Gen TL/CL and Accord parts are interchangeable, so you should be able to get that BBK and bolt it right on. Yes, it would be overkill if you don't have the engine mods to justify such an upgrade.

How much is the BBK?

Total for front and back is about 3500. As for the motor, I am going with the 3.2 6sp with bolt ons(shooting for 300hp). Would ceramic pads, brembro blanks, ss lines have enough stopping power? It would be cheaper that's for sure.

I would say on anything other than a serious performance car, a BBK at the rear is unnecessary. I would only do the front, if anything. Though really, unless you are tracking the car, a BBK in itself is overkill. It just looks cooler is all. If you want to make use of the braking power you need wider wheels/tires.

Btw even with that swap you'll need the motor bored and stroked to make 300 whp.

Thanks for everyone for the help, but, I not going to pay 3500 for looks and for something I won't use to the full potential. As for wheels, I plan on getting a set of 5zigen fn01r-c in 16x7. p2r hit 302hp on a stock block. go here
