Clutch System issue

Ohk Lately I been Having Problems
My Accord Been Having Serious Issues with the Clutch
EVERYTHING NEW LINE NEW CLUTCH KIT NEW FLYWHEEL NEW SLAVE NEW MASTER
I BEEN GETTING A VERY SOFT CLUTCH PEDAL & ITS VERY HARD TO SHIFT

I bleed the system with a pressure bleeder now im thinking its the Pressure Plate

Sounds like its not fully disengaging...

Did you bench bleed the new master when you got it? if you pump the clutch then try to put it in gear does it work better? Keep the clutch pressed in and put it in first and sit at idle, does it start to engage or slowly drop RPM? Its possible there is still air in the system somewhere.

Does the master cyl for the clutch have an adjustable push rod? Also, just because its new doesnt mean its working. I went through 2 slaves and 3 master cyl. in my last truck before I got a proper working set. Where the new parts reputable brands?

if im at a light while im in gear it will try to engage
i adjusted the push rod all the way and it stopped but it was still hard to shift i bleed it again now from trying it popped the rubber bushing off the shift cable

Have someone press the clutch while you observe operation of the slave cylinder. See if the slave cylinder retracts while the clutch is fully depressed. If it does, there is still sir in the system. You can do this with ignition off.

the slave is working i was told its the pressure plate

Clutch pedal engages slave cylinder to engagement arm to throw out bearing. Trow out bearing presses in releasing clutch. If the throwout bearing is pressed up against the pressure plate fingers, the clutch is disengaged and can only engage when the throwout bearing gives way for the fingers on the pressure plate to return to their normal position. So what you are saying doesn't make sense. However, if there is air in the clutch line, After depressing the pedal, the air will compress in the line allowing the slave cylinder to slowly disengage and the pressure plate therefore will begin to engage the clutch. It seems very highly unlikely that the pressure plate is the problem. If the clutch pedal is soft, that means you are, A. compressing air or B, the slave cylinder is not pushing on anything. Have someone depress the clutch pedal and hold it. Watch to see if the slave cylinder retracts while the clutch is fully depressed. I highly doubt anything is wrong with the pressure plate.

I work in a shop EVERYTIME the clutch is pressed i see the slave cylinder move about a 1/2in or maybe more theres no air in the system i pressure bleed the system and Pedel Bleed the system...there by seeing its either the throw out bearing having issues of the pressure plate how ever i realized my clutch pedal havent been as hard as it should be compared to driving another accord...i may replace the Slave and Master Since i Have Full warranty on it
