ground control i heard are decent..but you'll need upgraded struts/shocks you'll blow the OEM's in no time..for the price of ground controls and upgraded shocks you could pick up a set of true coilovers

true coilovers? Like tein basic's would i need new shocks with these?
Tein basics are a full coilovers just without dampening adjustability. It comes with the spring and shock all in one system.

I have a set fro sale. Brand New with 33miles on them let me know if you are interested. $750 shipped.

a true full (not sleeve) coilover is shocks and springs preassembled in one unit.

quality coilovers out there for our car so far are:

tein basic
tein ss
omnipower apexi WS (discontniued but can be found used)
tanabe sustec pro
eibach pro street s ( i think can be found at tirerack)

questionable brands im not sure of:

ksport
meagan
D2

brands to stay away from:

all of those except eibach I think are height adjustable, you can adjust the height to how high or low you want.
