I went thru many coil overs (sleeve type):

Max speed = wack
Weapon R = wack
Skunk2 = too stiff
Ground Control = perfect
These were all paired with tokico illuminas 5 way dampening struts.

Tein Basic = Awesome performance....drop height is not for me I want mine SLAM!

The best for me was ground control and tokico illuminas...ride was great, drop was decent. SOLD them to likeawp.

Now I'm trying to get rid of my Tein Basics and go for Omni's. Backed out with Omni's because of the adjustability thing and got Tein's but now I'm just getting Omni's to be SLAMMED>>> I ain't one to adjust frequently anyways.

Ohh yeah did I mention>>>> SOMEONE GRAB MY TEINS!!!! :p :p :p ;) ;) ;) >>>LOL!

if you go with omnis youre gonna be presently surpised. It looks like you want them for the adjustability but youre gonna get a great stiff ride (that sounded gay) and great handling thrown in there also.

SKunk 2 have high spring rates they are designed to imporve handling not give a comfy ride.

well then i can deal. cuz i want coilovers for appearance, but mostly for handling. i wanna rip turns, haha, well, it is an accord, so as well as an accord can, hahaha.

well youre in the minority (that includes me) because when it comes to accord owners comfort is priority numero uno, it is an accord after all, not a go cart.

I just think it's unfair to compare a sleve type coilover to a full coilover. Sure they get the same thing done, but one has compoents that are all meant to work together, the other is just a combo of misc things. To me, sleve coilovers are more similar to a shock and spring combo than a full coilover setup.
