Cold air intake or Short ram intake?

is there a differece, sound/performance/horsepower wise, this ill prob be locked but anyone know which one i should go with? Thanks in advance.

intakes are a waste of money. the quickest way to make horsepower is to remove your stock intake tubing and just clamp a filter directly to the throttle body. this gains you 23.1WHP and you'll gain a turbo BOV squeeze sound.
