hard to judge
but i would have lean towards the neuspeed being better with the one piece design

Does the Cusco come in other colours?

Regardless, I don't think many people put their Accords to enough of a test to really be able to say there is a huge difference between the Cusco and Neuspeed. I think either bar = WIN.

Comes down to the look of the setup you prefer.

nvm i looked more closely and one said cl and other said tl. i guess its the tl one lol.

I agree also the neuspeed 1-piece design is better but to be honest both will do the job.
