I'm doing a j32, auto swap into what used to be my 4cyl accord. Everything is flowing smoothly except the connectors on the firewall engine side. A lot of the wire colors don't match but the connectors from the engine harness and chassis side still connect. It is the big grey connectors.

Maybe I can help you, Did your swap come with the engine harness? Iam a bit confused as to which connectors are not adding up. J32 ECU Harness thru firewall To engine...Unless you mean Right and left side engine bay harness which really doesnt connect to the engine. When I did mine there was issues with ABS TCS And Cruise Control, Inside was the cluster issues. Other than that everything seemed to plug right in. Let me know maybe I have some diagrams (v6 but sometimes show 4 cyl)
