Console CD changer removal

Hello all. I have 1998 ex sedan and I just put pioneer avhx3500bt which sounds great. This leaves me the cd changer in the console. I have been looking for but haven't found any info on how to remove the factory CD changer from the armrest console. Any suggestions? I would like to mount a rockford peq remote equalizer knob in there somehow.

Figured it out. Just have to pull on the surround until it just pops off!!

There are, or at least should've been, a couple of screws holding the surround on...

I meant the interior plastic that surround the changer itself, not the whole console...sorry for being confusing.
