Just as the title states ... I have a leak :crazyrun:
The leak itself is coming from one of the O-rings on the coolant transfer pipe that runs from the thermostat housing into the block. Now a buddy of mine told me that when the pipe is put in from the factory that they used silicone to seal it on top of the O-ring. I'm going to talk to mark from one6 and see what he says and if this is something that wouldnt be too difficult to fix myself with a new pipe and seals but I'm not sure if thee is a sealant that is used. I wanted to see if anyone here has had this problem and what you did.

It is the 3rd pipe from the bottom

Ok so I got the old pipe out and now I'm trying to install the new one with new o-rings. The problem I am having is actualy getting the f*ckng end that goes into the block in. I've tried just to muscle it in but no luck and I've also tried using a wood block + a mallet but again its the same story :madrun: Any suggestions would help.

try your best to just get it on the o-ring and not all over your engine bay and inside the coolent pips.

apply gently with your finger if you must :booty:
