Glad you guys have a good laugh out of it, but ya, let me try those bondo. But bondo glass? Is that suppose to be stronger or what? Or the same as the regular bondo

ABS lips suck, buy a new one. Honestly, the time i spent trying to repair my lip was not worth it. I used abs cement, epoxy, fiberglass resin, patched fiberglass to the back. Obviously, i wouldn't have tried all this if any actually worked. I was using color matched spray cans at the time for $20 a pop, plus time and effort with cheaper materials. It would look good for a few months and crack in the corners. I finally broke it bottoming out and it was almost uplifting.

If you use bondo itl crack right off again, atleast use the flexible bondo that EVERCOAT makes and not the cheap walmart BONDO brand.
or ABS cement just put it back together flush and do the back of it.then just use some light filler with a razor blade to skim it over the crack to fill it in.

if you have any friends who specialize in welding they might be able to fix it. if its plastic anyways. and yes, plastic can be welded. i dont know how good it would come out tho, i've only seen it done on an ATV with a cracked fender and it wasn't too pretty. bring it down to your body shop and ask them what they recommend.
