if you don't want to roll nor cut the fender, you could also buy a smaller width tires. so basically your tires will be stretching. i don't think you like that style though but that's how VIP cars does it. slammed with stretched tires so the tires won't rub on the fenders but i believe they still roll their fenders also.

Don't cut your fenders yet, Roll them first. Looks in the picture you have 7.5 width wheels so just roll it. You only suppost to cut it after you roll it and that lip rubs it. Cutting it, you will have some turning problems and tire tread chunk removal.

how would cutting the lip out effect the turning? i dont hit the lip when i turn now,how would i hit it when its cut out?

i only rub it when im driving and hit a bump when the tire travles farther up in the fender and hits those tabs that hold the fender liner..

Just cut them SOBs off and file them down smooth, then see how that helps. If that doesnt completely get rid of the rubbing problem, get a camber kit like i suggested and adjust your camber accordingly.
