Ordered a set last night, their shipping has started to go a bit through the roof though.

Shipping to canada is at $40 with USPS, when it was at $23 with USPS before when they said they were leaving the HID business.

Thought about calling them up on their lifetime warranty. My old v1 kit(with only one year warranty) one of them died after 3 years of use.

I know for sure with the 55w you need to re-aim your headlights, but do I need to re-aim with the 35w as well?

You should check and reaim your headlights anytime you really change a bulb in them...simply because the bulb might not seat exactly the same as the previous one did.

if you arent putting in projectors then yes
