Actually it is cleaner from factory, I've been to couple dealerships where they just delivered the car (audi, bmw, mercedes) and once they took out the protective film (the whole car was wrapped in it) the paint already had swirls. Of course each dealer has its own detail shop and they try to get rid of them but they do such a hack job and leave a lot of hollograms from buffer.
