Hey guys, new to the forum here but I've been lurking since I bought my Accord a couple years ago.

My ride is a 2000 LX sedan, MT. Just rolled 220k miles.

To make a long story short, I moved provinces and need my car to pass inspection here. One thing they check is the ABS light, however they do not check codes on the OBD. So, as the service manager kindly hinted at, my ABS does not need to be fixed, I just need the light to be out.

So my question - Is there an easy way to get the ABS light off, besides tearing the gauge cluster out and removing the bulb?

Before you ask, the ABS code is showing 3 faulty wheel speed sensors. I just don't have the time or money to fix them right now.

Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers

Wheel speed sensors are not horribly expensive, but can be time consuming. For a quick "fix" you can pull the bulb. Gauge cluster is quick and easy to remove unlike newer cars where things are more integrated.

Cool! Didn't realize the gauge cluster was that easy to get at. And now I can finally replace the burnt out odometer bulb...
