lol thanks for goin against that i was gona get one...i think they dont do much unless you have the whole set up goin. coil, box, wires, rootor and cap. then you feel it

You can get the OEM cap and rotor for about $40 from several online Honda dealers. No need to spend more than that for a "performance" cap and no need to save a few bucks with an Autozone cap/rotor.
