I'd send him a letter or something asking for the $$. That way he'll realize you know where he lives..... maybe that'll motivate him to pay up. If not.... well, like shavedaccord said.... roadtrip!

I didnt scam anyone ............ I sent you the tailslights they came back to my house Rts (Return to Sender) so i was like Wtf i left him a message stating i would send the tails backout and i did..... they didnt come back 2 my house and i sent them out !

Ok, First of all I never said anything about you scamming me. I just said that I did not get the lights OR my money back as of yet.
And it is true that you told me the lights got returned once, but I checked the address I gave you several times and it's correct.
The thing is, after you told me that the lights got returned you told me you will send them out again but never confirmed that you did, or gave me any kind of tracking number or any information. And after a while you just stopped replying to my e-mails without telling me anything.
So what were my choices other than to ask on the forums?

...sure seems that way. They're just floating around somewhere out there.... I guess we'll have to stay tuned for the conclusion of this little show...

ground shipping on a large box (like for taillights) can take a while.

i just shipped shavedaccord some headlights and it took over a week via fedex ground.
