Swapped OEM door panel lights with some LED green ones for kicks.Notice they stay on when door shut and car off still,Wont shut off.

They only cut off when car is actually on,driving.

Also the rear dome light wont either. fuses good.

The door lights are controlled by the door switches on each door. They're push button switches which are either On or Off and are covered by a black rubber material. If one of those is not working it'll cause only that door and the dome light to stay on.

If they're all staying on, you've got some wiring issues to tackle.

The car being off or on should have no effect on their working methods. Do the doors show up as open in the car diagram layout in your gauge panel?

The normal OEM filament bulbs go off and on with door open/closed. Open door,trunk,ect red bar shows in dash.

LED staying on should not have enough power to kill a battery would it?

Free bump for you Mr. Monty!

But no, the led's staying on would draw a minimal amount of power and wouldn't drain the battery unless the car is sitting for a long time.

Led's are reduced resistance and take less to light.

My old dome on my saturn was like that, I purchased my LEDs from SBL and they don't do it now.

Reduced resistance?
if that were the only case they would actually draw more current.
They require less amperage is the difference.
Voltage = Amperage x Resistance
