Or you can just replace the mabuchi motor inside the actuator for like 10 bucks. I am pretty sure the part# is FC280PC 22125 (can get it off ebay.)
In the past year, I replaced 1 actuator on my pass side accord and one on the driver side of my MDX. (they were like $45 each from dealer). So when the mdx rear door lock acted up, i decided to try the cheapest fix ($10 mabuchi motor) and it still works! It is EFFING unbelievable. You really should get a gear puller (for like $15) off ebay as well. The dude in this video did it for his lexus but I follow his steps to do my MDX. I have done the full actuator on my accord but I can tell you the steps would be VERY similar for changing out the motor. I have included the part 2 video which shows how he switched out the motor. Of course the honda actuator would look a little different but if I can do it, anybody can.
