Electrical buzzing noise?

Okay.. so I turn on my car, before turning the ignition to start it up, and it makes this electric buzzing noise. It sounds like if I had a big system and it was trying to power everything. I dont know if that's my alternator or my battery is dying? I do NOT have a sound system, stock oem.

i think that's normal unless it's VERY loud. before i start igniting my car, i hear a hissing noise but what i would do is, turn it on but don't ignite it and pop the hood and see what locate that buzzing is coming from.

Sounds like it's just the fuel pump priming to me!

lol is seem like eevry single 6thgen does that..and only 6thgen...because is happen to me...is have electric buzzin noise also.and lol..i locate it..it is my fuelpump..is kool...!!
