In the mornings and evenings when I go to my car and it's cold, my E-Brake light is on for about the first 15 mins of my driving. I don't leave it on unless I'm on an incline, yet it comes on anyway. this just started happening in the last week as it got a bit colder here.
Any ideas?

is it the e-brake light? cause that is a mechanical switch right under neath the e-brake that could be sticking...in that case you need to pop the bezel from the shifter and lift the center console part with the cupholder out...clean the switch...maybe replace it if it's broke....

on the other hand...if your talking about the brake light...your brake fluid resorvoir could be low....so check that...fill if need be...

yea, its prolly the brake fluid level....which also means your brakes are getting close to needing replacement. and for it going away, thats the fluid warming up and expanding.
