well, what's your RPM when it's on idle? and when you drive, what's the rpm? is it higher or lower than normal? check the cat one first. those are usually the one i had problems with before.

idle is between 650-775. i put it on my snap on scanner and thats what it showed. driving rpm is fine

yeah the problem is probably in the area of the cat.. whether it's the o2 sensor or the cat itself.. i had a similar problem.. how's your car running overall? sluggish?
