prelude owners are vulchers (i know used to be one) so if you do end up buying it, you could easily sell the transmission and get a non sh one.

If you want a v6 swap, you should have started with a v6 accord.
A k24 would be better than a k20 in this case because these aren't exactly light cars, you need the extra torque in the k24. Hp numbers aren't everything. A k swap was never even completed in these cars and I'm guessing you don't have the skill to be the first guy ever to finish a k swapped 6th gen based on this thread.
An h motor is always recommended for your car because they're great for the price and almost a direct swap. I prefer it over a k20. The only things (in my opinion) that makes a k better than h is they weigh less and respond to mods better, but the cost difference is too great.
If you, you can turbo the single cam you currently have. They can handle a good amount of abuse and you can get over 200hp easy, more than a stock k or h swap.

I just finished my swap last week. F23a1 auto to h23a 5spd. It's a fairly simple swap to do and all the factory mounts bolted up fine, I recommend having a lift to use so the motor can go in from the bottom. The K motors are great but look funny in the bay unless a big turbo is sitting beside it. I'm loving the h23a, it feels like a completely different car. An H swap will be a good bit cheaper as well.

lol, i have pulled several motors out the bottom, with a jack, no engine hoist, no car hoist...
now I have an 'engine' hoist, it works nice to lift a car over the engine :p

Out the bottom is easier, just keep your eyes open if you try it this way.

My hats off to you, I dont think i could have done the swap without a lift. Even with the lift I had issues because of the lower crossmember kept hitting the edge of the dolly i had the motor on. I was super paranoid of ripping off the IAB box as well.
