I just completed replacing a seized motor in a 2000 Accord 2.3 and the engine started right up. The only problem is it was running rich would die if we went over 2000 RPM. I found someone on your forum who had the same issue. It turns out I had the MAP and TPS wires mixed up as they have the same connectors. I switch d them and problem solved. Thank You!!!
But I have one more problem I'm sure is simple. The transmission was running fine before the engine seized but now it's slipping and shifting from park to drive is very rough. A heavy clunk. I replaced the fluid with genuine Honda fluid during the swap. Any ideas of what I might have done wrong??
