engine/trans/ecu swap

After looking through a lot swap stories, it seems that most people have mixed and matched in order to achieve their swap.. What I want to know is if a complete engine/trans/ecu swap would be more efficient(easier)?? Can this be done using any manual J-series set ups?

sorry, I should have been a little clearer. I have a J30a1, and basically I want to know if there is a donor car that can provide everything needed for a manual swap with a bigger engine. For example can the engine/trans/ecu from a 8th gen V6 six-speed accord be swapped into the 6th gen body? Just seems like an easier way to swap. Let me know any opinions and if my logic is flawed
