ex homelink in lx??

no wires. o_O the homelink is a unit itself i think. just hook up the lights and you're good to go. i dont remember doing anything difficult when i installed one into my car. and yes, i have an lx

yeah man its nothing.. its just like a clicker in between the lights really... just hook it up to the light power source and program and you're good to go... you can get a new overhead unit w/ homelink for like $60 shipped about.. or i could sell you mine for like $20 lol :ownedrun:

haha yeah well it would need to be modified a little to fit because i broke some parts trying to take it off.. its nothing that you can physically see when its actually installed but yeah... i was thinking about taking out the homelink from the console and putting it on my new overhead which doesnt have it.. im probably gonna be to lazy to do that so i was gonna put it up for sale... ill get some pics if you're still interested

Hey guys. I dont have Homelink in my EX but i would like to have it. So are you saying that I do not have to have a special hookup to put in a console with homelink? Also, the homelink and console out of a 00 Odyssey looks the same as mine. Will it fit? I found one on ebay. Thats why im asking.

no special hookup and yes the odyssey one fits. just make sure the color is correct cause on some of thos pics on ebay the grey and tan ones look almost the same
