Blue smoke is typically burning oil but you say the oil is fine. The oil level never changes and you never have to top it off? Carbon build up might cause blue smoke but I never had any experience with that so I wouldn't know... You can try seafoam and cleaning the egr if you want. I'd also recommend a compression and/or leakdown test to eliminate valves or rings. It can also help verify carbon build up
today i drove the car and its blue smoke but only happens when vtec is engaged but the car been acting slugish i put 93 gas so its been driving better but its still smokes when vtec is engaged
Compression/leakdown really should be a priority (in my opinion) anytime there's any white or blue smoke with almost any engine, not just hondas.
Even if you think the internals are good, just remember.. your car's 13-18 years old. Engines aren't indestructible, they simply wear down over time. And if you're not the original owner you can't really tell how well it's been treated in the past.
