Overall id like to reach 300 (though i think i said 225ish)but either way by the time i will be able to commence the build i might as well go ahead and invest in the forged because i should have the extra cash to go ahead and upgrade.

not trying to steel thread or anything but basically i have a f23 vtec motor 5 spd, if i want to push about 7psi on a turbo i shouldnt upgrade internals? basically just a tune after installing the turbo intercooler feeding lines etc? sorry just i assumed f series motors needed upgrade internals to run a healthy boosted motor.

As long as its in good condition you'll be fine.
But there's a big difference between 7 psi out of a gt20 and a gt35. So there isn't a definitive way to answer your question without more info.

Im new to this form, so what turbo would you recommend for a F23A1 stock built engine, racing headers and exhaust system, CAI.
I ask because i as well wanted to Add a turbo to my stock F23A1 engine and its in great condition with 200K miles on it, ive kept the engine and gaskits up to date pretty well. i got a couple more up grades but yea some help would be appeciated
