Idk if this is the right place to post but it has to do with electrical. After my car has been running for a while I'll notice the temp gauge will start to rise rapidly while stopped at a light or something and go back down after i take off. Then after i turn the car off the fans will kick on. i got curious and looked to see if both fans were working and the driverside fan is the only one running. BUT if i unplug the passenger side fan (the one not running) and put the plug from the driver side into the passenger side fan it works just fine. any suggestion on what could be causing this?

There must be an open in the passenger side fan circuit
