I've done 130mph when I first got my car, havent tried doing any faster lately and probably wont.

Take things into consideration when you do this though.

Like, are my tires rated for this speed?
Is the road in good enough condition to be going this fast on it?

exactly. I had gone 130mph once found out one of my tires had an imperfection and could easily have blown out, so I was really lucky.

my tires have a Speed Rate "Y" so i don't mind going at 150mph.....even if it takes a while to get from 135mph to 150mph....

lol.. my tires are rated at 110 mph. I went 141 going from cleveland to columbus after hot import night racing a 5thgenaccord with some goodies on it. the speed rating is at that speed for one hour straight just to let your guys know.


i didnt think of cops til i turned around and saw two of them with their lights goin the opposite way so i just figured someone called them in when we pasted some trucks or something lol.

yeah, so i had roughly 50 miles to do 140 and not worry about a damn thing at 230am lol
