Update: called the body shop and here's what the guy said "Well was looking at it a bit today, but trying to get some other cars out quickly so I can really concentrate on it next week"

In other words, they're being lazy sons of b.itches and milking the fee for hours of labor as much as they can Don't they understand the love a boy has for his car
