fender flares

i'm really liking the looks of fender flares on the sedans.
anyone know if these will make the wheel gap look any smaller?
and will they look ok unpainted on a black car?
also, how do they attach?

No they will not make the gap smaller
The might not look alright because they're a dark gray rather than a solid black
and they attach via clips.

No I don't think it would look ok unpainted plus if you get them make sure you get some lip kit cuz it looks wierd on stock bumper look. just my .02

Get them painted for sure and if you have a lip kit that would be nice also.

i used to rock them before, but after a month it started to look fugly and fuglier. I threw it away coz nobody wants it in hawaii. I wasted my money on it. Its like faking the funk, completely oppose to what fender flare's main objective (to cover wide wheels) its just for looks. It rubbed my tires like ****, leaving melted plastic around. It would look alot neat if i mold it but... what's the use if i am not really making my fenders flare out or cut it. What's the sense if you have fender flares and cant even tuck wider wheels.
As to each their own, its up to you.
IMPHO its fugly.

I figured EGR since he's trying to match to a black car. I know the GD Black Widow Flares are like off-white unpainted.

i have no intention of molding them or trimming out the actual fender for more tire clearance.

i just like how they look!
