My drop failed. Same setup as you, but I have about 1/2 gap finger in the rear and about 5 finger gap up front

That is because you have v6 springs,the v6 springs have a higher spring rate to accomadate the heavier engine that they hold up, your car sits much higher than it is advertised to be in the front because the i4 engine is not heavy enough to compress the springs enough to the desired height.
