205/60/16. How low can I go if I don't want to rub or anything?

Dude just lower your car, put wheels on, lower or raise as needed. its quite simple. Get a heat gun and wooden bat and roll your fenders.

Stock wheels are 16x6.5 +55. Don't slam your car. Put them somewhere in the middle and ride around, see how you like it. Then, adjust accordingly.
