Finished my lug swap but

I just finished my 5lug swap and changed lower ball joints. Now my steering seems really tight. Like when i make a turn the steering wheel doesnt go back to center i need to force it. Simple alignment should fix this? Or what.

Like it feels like my power steering is completely gone super tight. But i will get a alignment for sure

You changed out several alignment related components, and didn't do alignment. I bet it needs an oil change and a good vacuum job!

Wel i got a alignment and my steering wheel still doesnt return back easily. It will a little bit now but i still need to help it. Is that normal?

Jack up the front end, start engine.

Still turn hard?
