Would you guys trust Firestone to do work to your car? I've heard some stories and wanted to here some experiences you guys have had before I take my car in.

i've never had a problem with them. the guys at my local one are great. randomly get coupons for free stuff all the time and go in. Plus i've got free alignments for life there

I have friend who knows someone and trust him and his other co-workers and he is slammed he goes to them for alignment I might go once I get a set of F&F 2.5

i wouldn't trust them. I work right above a firestone and they are all paid per car flat rate so it's a hit or miss if you ask me. I know all the workers there and they are all chill and all, but some of their attitude is not very professional imo.

mom and pops are the best
usally a lil more money but always quility

they have more to loose if get a bad rep

I use them for lifetime alignment ONLY. They put teeth marks on my lower rear camber links. They used the wrong tool, but that has been my only issue.
